This policy applies to all buyers and all products as long as they are not redeemed.
A product that is redeemed will not qualify for a 14 Days money back warranty.
Once you have opened the "Delivered Key" tab in My Account Dashboard, the product will qualify as redeemed, thus meaning you cannot claim a return of that.
Also, once the e-mail is marked as open the same rules apply.
Please contact support immediately if you believe you made a mistake when ordering, or if you have ordered the wrong product/version.
