After purchase, the digital key will be available for redeeming in your account dashboard and e-mail you used for billing details.
Please carefully check spam folder if your inbox does not contain the e-mail with the key delivered.
Most of the keys are delivered immediately but in some cases, allow up to 30 minutes before contacting us.
This policy applies to all buyers and all products as long as they are not redeemed.
A product that is redeemed will not qualify for a 14 Days money back warranty.
Once you have opened the "Delivered Key" tab in My Account Dashboard, the product will qualify as redeemed, thus meaning you cannot claim a return of that.
Also, once the e-mail is marked as open the same rules apply.
